TOP 4 HEALTHY  BREAKFAST OPTION THAT WILL HELP YOU TO WEIGHT LOSS

Today blog is all about four easy and healthy breakfast option for an entire week as all the recipes contain high protein and pure vegetarian. So, let's started.


Receipe 1:-

Ingredient 1:-Boiled Chickpeas-200 gms
Ingredient 2:-Garlic-2 only .
Ingredient 3:-Curd -50 gms.
Ingredient 4:-Salt to taste.
Ingredient 5:-Red Chilli powder-1/2 tsp.

Take all these items into a bowl .After that,add some water to it.Then, grind it and make a smooth paste.

Toast 2 slices of brown bread.And cut the brown bread into small pieces.And then have it with a delicious .

Receipe 2:-

Ingredient 1:-Low fat Paneer-100gms.
Ingredient 2:-Barbeque Sauce-2tbsp.

Again,Toast 2 slices of brown bread. And place the panner and sauce mixer on the brown bread.

Then, take 2 amul cheese slice and place on mixer .Cover and cook for 3-4 minute and till the cheese melts.

Serve with oregano and chilli flakes.

Receipe 3:-

Ingredient 1:- Take 1 banana .
Ingredient 2:- Pomegranate -50 gms.(You can take the fruit of your own choice).
Ingredient 3:-Toned Milk-150 ml.
Ingredient 4:- Whey -1 spool.

Grind the milk and whey together then add it to the fruits.And a delicious and healthy recipe is ready!!!

Receipe 4:

Ingredient 1:-Oats -40gms
Ingredient 2:-Skimmed milk-250 ml.
Ingredient 3:-Peanut butter -2tbsp.
Ingredient 4:- Dates -3 (You can take the fruit of your own choice) 
Ingredient 5:- Cinnamon powder .

Take milk and oats in a pan and cook it or 3-4 minutes .After cooking, take it in a bowl .Then add some peanut butter , fruit and add a pinch of  Cinnamon powder.
